Chapter 3, Episodes 7 - The Dragon of Icespire Peak

The PCs got some rest within the shrine and in a few hours the orc war band returned. They saw their leader strung up above the gates and began an intense discussion. Within moments they looked to the south and began marching off towards the Sword Mountains in the distance. They would leave the shrine to the heroes, heading back into the wildlands from which they came, perhaps to face an icy death at the hands of the dragon of Icespire Peak.

The PCs finished a night's rest within the ruined shrine and decided they would backtrack to Conyberry and then on to Butterskull Ranch to pick up some valuable items they had left behind (Mostly armor and weapons that they could try to sell or have Bronn turn into usable metal ingots for use in his smithing endeavors), dragging along a homemade wagon created through Bronn's magic. They noticed at Conyberry that the orcs had completely trashed the remaining wagons and set fire to them, burning them to ash.

They travelled the Triboar trail for two days before they stopped for an evenings rest at their usual campsite, the same place they encountered the Tabaxi Caravan. A group of travelers and their wagons were set up there already, but they were happy to have the PCs stay as well. They were making the long trek to Triboar, in the east, for safer pastures. They had been at Phandalin, but with the growing dragon sightings, they felt they had to leave. During the night the group were attacked by two ettins, who were easily dispatched through the combined might of the Phandalin Five.

They arrived at Phandalin at the end of the next day, heading straight for the Stonehill Inn to shake the trail dust off, drinking and enjoying themselves until late in the night. Finder was especially inspired as he entertained all evening with barely a break. When all was shut down, they staggered back to their hideout under Tresendar Manor.
